Data Transfer a Month
This is the limit we impose on your site to share our bandwidth. Once this limit is exceeded more can be purchased for an addition fee. Most companies will never exceed half of this allocation.
Disk Storage Space
This is the limit of the size of your site. This includes all your images, html files, etc. Once this limit is exceeded more can be purchased for an addition fee. Most companies will never exceed third of this allocation.
Dedicated IP address
This means you have a domain name, and your own IP address. This is needed for e-Commerce sites and Secure Certificate sites. The domain name is linked to that IP address through Domain Name Server (DNS).
Domain Alias
If you own more then one domain name you can have it dynamically directed to the main account. Your visitors can type into their browsers either address and arrive at the same site. Like www.yourname.com and www.yoursecondname.com are actually the same site, both site operate as one.
Sub-Domains
They are names before the domain name. The www part of any domain is a sub-domain. You can have support.yourname.com, forum.yourname.com, etc.
POP3 and SMTP Email addresses
These email address work just like your ISP assigned email addresses. Place some settings in your email client and you can send and receive emails from your customers.
Auto-Responders
You can set up an email address like support@yourname.com, so that if anyone to sends a message to that address to receive an automated response, while you have time to formulate a real response.
Web-based Email Access
This lets you check your email while away from your company. You just need an internet connection to be able to check your email.
FTP accounts
This will allow you to transfer files, documents, product brochures, etc. via the internet.
MySQL Databases
A database is a structured collection of data. It may be anything from a simple shopping list to a picture gallery or the vast amounts of information in a corporate network.
Password Protected Directories
Used to protect information on the internet. Access can be granted to members.Custom Error Pages
